Moroccan Digitall Privacy Policy

Moroccan Digitall is committed to protecting visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices regarding Personal Data (as defined below) and other information that we collect in connection with:

(i) Visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members use of the website www.moroccodigitall.com (where visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members can learn more about Moroccan Digitall’s benefits, and request for information and content);

(ii) events visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members may attend (for example, webinars).

For example, startups and enterprises may voluntarily provide us with Personal Data when they sign up to participate in Morocco Digitall and Affiliates events, blogs, webinars, virtual consulting sessions, training programs, download content, submit a web form, call or email us directly, request an overview of our benefits, or submit their business card.

The types of Personal Data that we collect vary based on the benefits offered on the Websites, but generally include the participants name, address, telephone number, company name, job title, e-mail address, and other information that they voluntarily submit to us.

Potential members of Morocco Digitall should carefully consider whether they wish to submit Personal Data. You should also review any additional terms and conditions that may govern visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr use of our services.

Information Received from Other Sources. 

Morocco Digitall may receive information about visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members from publicly available and third-party databases or services that provide information about business people and companies, or from third parties and combine this data with information we already have about visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members. Provide our services and respond to requests. We use the Personal Data we collect from our members and visitors to our website (unless otherwise restricted by law) to:

  • Provide our members with support or other benefits visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members have ordered from us and other similar operational communications. For EU Data Subjects, such use is necessary for the performance of the agreement between visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members and us.

Morocco Digitall also uses registered members’ contact information to contact them by email, postal mail, phone, or social platforms regarding information that we think may be of interest to our members.   If a registered member of Morocco Digitall does not wish to receive marketing materials, brochures, or emails from Moroccan Digitall, a registered member may inform us of their preference by sending a letter or calling Moroccan Digitall at the contact information below. You may also submit a contact form electronically through the Websites and unsubscribe from Morocco Digitall marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our e-mails.

Where required by the applicable law (for example, if visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members are an EU Data Subject), we will send visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members marketing information or notifications only with visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr consent, which was given at the time visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members provided us with the Personal Data. Disclosure of Information

Moroccan Digitall discloses Personal Data that we collect (described above) in accordance with the terms set forth in this section.

We share visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr Personal Data with third parties who provide certain services to us to assist us in meeting business operation needs.  These parties are authorized to process visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr Personal Data, on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions, only as necessary to provide these services to us. How You Can Access and Change Information

Moroccan Digitall acknowledges that visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members have the right to access visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr Personal Data. In case visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members request us to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon request, Moroccan Digitall will provide visitors and registered Morocco Digitall members with information about whether we hold any of visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr Personal Data. You can update or correct visitors and registered Morocco Digitall membersr Personal Data or remove it from our system by making a request to us at the contact information provided below. Requests typically receive a response within thirty (30) days.
